Fresh Sausage Products
Sweet Italian: Does not have any red pepper flakes, but does have fennel seed.
Mild Italian: Traditional Italian sausage, with little red pepper, and fennel seed
Hot Italian: Has more red pepper to give the sausage a good heat. Does have fennel seed.
Breakfast Sausage: Available in links or bulk tubes. Flavored with our own sage seasoning.
Spinach & Feta: Loaded with spinach and feta cheese for full out flavor.
Spicy Southwestern: Hot & Spicy flavor.
Wine & Cheese: Italian wine and expensive imported Italian cheese in the family of provolone.
Sun dried Tomato, Basil, Garlic, & Mozzarella Cheese: All of these ingredients make for one flavorful sausage.
Roasted Red Pepper & Mozzarella: Loaded with sweet roasted red peppers and mozzarella.
Fresh Chorizo: Spicy Mexican flavor. Contains vinegar, which makes it a dryer sausage.
Buffalo Chicken: Think of a medium buffalo chicken wing in a sausage form. Made with all chicken meat.
Mild Chicken Italian: Our mild Italian sausage, made with only chicken meat.
Romano & Garlic: Loaded with Romano cheese and garlic.
Cajun: Spiced with Cajun seasonings. Full spicy flavor.
Fresh Polish: Loaded with garlic for a great tasting traditional Polish sausage.
Peppers & Onions: Mild Italian sausage loaded with fried peppers and onions.
Apple Sausage: Crispin apples and cinnamon spices.
Sicilian Style Sausage: Our Mild Italian in a smaller casing, coiled into a spiral. Cooks fast than the traditional size sausage.
Beer Brats: Very mild sausage with Malt. Same fine ground texture as breakfast sausage.
English Bangers: Very mild spiced sausage with breadcrumbs and chicken broth.
Smoked Products
Andoulie: Slightly spicy. Used in dishes such as Gumbo and Jambalaya.
Ham & Cheddar: Ground ham mixed with cheddar cheese.
Linguisa: Portuguese smoked sausage flavored with red wine & vinegar. Many recipes call for this sausage.
Smoked Pork: Sweet flavor, close to Kielbasa but does not have any garlic.
Kielbasa: tasting smoked polish sausage with loads of garlic.
Knockwurst: Close to hotdog, but has more garlic. Shape is different, much fatter in size.
Bratwurst: Spice with Marjoram. Similar to a white hot dog. Just brown and serve.
Bockwurst Style White Hot: Scallions (green onion) & parsley
Pop-open Texas Hotdog: Our famous hot dogs, full of flavor.
Skinless Hotdog: Same has the Texas Hot, but has no casing on it. Great for kids!
Pepperjack Dog: Jalapeno Cheese mixed right into our Texas Hotdog.
Cheddar Dog: Cheddar Cheese mixed right into our Texas Hotdog.
Wieners: Close to hotdog, but has no garlic. Much smaller in size.
Bockwurst: Same as white hot dog, but smaller in size.
Bauernwurst: Considered a smoked farmer style hotdog. Like a hotdog, but spiced for more flavor with caraway seed, and coarser ground.
Hot Southern Style: smoked pork sausage spiced with our own hot seasonings.
Smoked Hungarian: Eaten as a snack stick, like pepperoni, but not as spicy, and contains no fennel seed.
Pepperoni: Our spicy pepperoni, with fennel seed, eaten as a snack stick.
Slim Sticks: Our award winning snack sticks, available in Hot or Mild.
Specialty Items
Krakauer: Pork tenderloin chunks marinated in garlic, combined with our bologna mix. Sliced to order for sandwiches or snacking.
Smoked Pork Loin Kielbasa: Pork loin, ground coarsely, stuffed into large casing and smoked. Very lean, great for snacking.
Peameal Bacon: The real Canadian bacon. Cured pork loin rubbed with cornmeal.
Juicy Loosey Patties: Ground chuck with cheddar cheese mixed right in.
Juicy Loosey Deluxe Patties: Ground chuck with cheddar cheese and bacon mixed right in.
Pizza Burger: Ground chuck with mozzarella cheese and chunks of our pepperoni.
Jalapeno Cheese Burger: Ground chuck with Jalapeno cheese mixed right in
New York Choice Strip Steaks: Cut to order, mouth watering, tender strip steaks.
